Signature serves include the summery Dorothy Parker, fruity Bombay Sapphire Bramble and the sophisticated Bombay Star Martini. Executive Chef Martin Gabler has created a sizzling new menu including gourmet burgers, marinated meats and fresh seafood, alongside colourful salads, seasonal sides and summery desserts to soak up those afternoon gin and tonics .

Bombay Sapphire

Incorporating the exquisite taste of Bombay Sapphire gin with its blend of 10 vapour-infused botanicals, the carefully crafted cocktail menu features a selection of contemporary classics. Cocktails include:

Sapphire French
A twist on the classic French 75 cocktail, this punchy lemonade is perfect on a summer’s evening. A generous pour of Bombay Sapphire, infused with lemon juice, pear nectar, suguar syrup and filled to the top with Champagne.

The Speakeasy
Served on the rocks, this zesty combination is a modern classic.A light cocktail with a botanical burst from Bombay Sapphire and freshly squeezed lemon and orange juice. Finished with a drizzle of ginger syrup for that extra edge.

Bombay Collins
Inspired by the delicious Tom Collins, this refreshing cocktail has the perfect balance.Filled with a double shot of Bombay Sapphire, soda water, freshly squeezed lemon juiceand a sprinkle of caster sugar to balance out the zesty flavours.
